Its getting a bit disgusting how much politicians are using the term "American People" over and over again.

As opposed to what American animals?

give us a break.

and how many times did Obama's representative on NPR yesterday say "conversation".   OK lady, we get it, you're not spinning and you're calling it a "conversation with the american people".   That sounds so much better.  Did you get your marketing tips from gumball machine?

as opposed to American Government i would assume.

there is an increasing us vs. them dialectic and politicians are attempting to 'reach out' so the American People don't feel like disenfranchised maggots.
